We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, the ability to work independently, and the leadership skills to mentor junior developers when needed.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using modern frameworks and best practices
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers
  • Maintain and enhance existing websites and applications
  • Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
  • Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies

✅ Key Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years of hands-on web development experience
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
  • Proficiency in back-end development using Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar technologies
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization
  • Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
