🔹 Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies, capable of working independently, and able to mentor junior developers.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using modern frameworks and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
  • Maintain and enhance existing websites and applications.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
  • Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
  • Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.

🔹 Key Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on web development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Proficiency in back-end development using Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
