📝 Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Web Designer to join our dynamic design team at Snowflake. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive website designs that align with our brand identity and enhance the user experience. You will collaborate closely with developers, marketing teams, and product managers to bring design concepts to life and ensure that every digital touchpoint reflects the company’s innovation and quality standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Design modern, responsive, and user-centric web interfaces.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new web pages and applications.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Optimize website design for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, UX/UI, and front-end technologies.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers within the team.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Web Designer or UI/UX Designer (senior level preferred).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent sense of aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into engaging design solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
