📝 Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our design team at VAM Systems Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to transform complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create seamless digital experiences that align with user needs and business goals.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and conceptualization of user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using modern design tools.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
  • Maintain and improve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
  • Present design concepts and user flows to stakeholders and gather feedback.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role (preferably in a senior position).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design principles.
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-platform user experiences.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end principles (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
