Design and develop web applications using the latest technologies and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement features.
Lead and mentor junior software engineers in the team to ensure high quality code and adherence to coding standards.
Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and techniques to improve the performance and usability of our web applications.
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of our web applications.
Work closely with the product team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows company coding standards.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web development and share knowledge with the team.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Take ownership of projects and see them through from concept to deployment.
Proactively identify and address potential technical challenges and provide solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
Act as a subject matter expert for web development within the company.
