Looking for a Senior Software Technical lead who has great communication skills with Lead experience. This is going to be 100 percent remote, but you must be a resident in one of the states listed below. This is a permanent opportunity for one of our financial clients.
Salary: $140,000 – $150,000

Must-haves:
• 10+ years of experience with full stack engineering
• 3+ years of experience in a lead or mentor role
• 8+ years of experience with React and React Native
• 6+ years of experience with Node.JS/Typescript
• 6+ years of experience with MYSQL and NoSql Databases
• 6+ years of experience with APIs
• Designing and Building
• Experience with cloud development
• Client is an Azure shop

Day-to-day:
• Insight Global is seeking a Technical Lead to work remotely for a client based out of the Kansas City area. This person will be a technical lead overseeing a team of 8-10 engineers. You will be working alongside other senior engineers and architects and will be responsible for product discovery and determining how products are built out for the company. You will come up with product solutions and provide use cases and tradeoffs for each solution and move that into product delivery. Throughout this process you will be involved with sprint planning, designing, building and setting guidelines. You will spend about 30% of your days coding while the other 70% will involve code reviews, leading and architecture duties, etc. The team needs more assistance on the front end in React and React Native but back end knowledge in NodeJS and Typescript is needed as the engineers will come to you with escalation issues. The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure but any cloud platform is suitable for the role. This position is looking to start ASAP.
