Key Skills: Selenium, JavaRoles and Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality.Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in test automation.Mentor junior developers and share knowledge on Selenium and Java best practices.Skills Required:Strong knowledge of Selenium for test automation (Must-Have)Basic to good understanding of Java for scripting and integration (Nice-to-Have)Experience in writing, executing, and maintaining automated test scriptsAbility to analyze test results and report bugs clearlyFamiliarity with test frameworks and best practices in automationGood communication skills to work with cross-functional teamsExperience in mentoring or guiding junior team members is a plusEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
