Lead the design, development, and testing of complex software systems for medical devices.
Utilize technical expertise and knowledge of medical device software development to improve the lives of patients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for medical devices.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in medical device software development.
Take ownership of projects and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software to ensure reliability and functionality.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates, address issues, and propose solutions.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team.
Adhere to industry standards and regulations for medical device software development.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Work closely with project managers to develop project plans and meet project milestones.
Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies for software development.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Contribute to the development of life-saving treatments and make a positive impact on patients’ lives.
