– Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant software engineering experience.
– Proficiency in developing object-oriented software using Java.
– Experience with Visual Basic and Python.
– Familiarity with Oracle databases.
– Knowledge of Windows and Red Hat Linux operating systems.
– Competence in using development tools such as Jira, Git, and Eclipse.
– An active, transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory before the start date.
– U.S. citizenship is essential, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

– Update software versions for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Free and Open Source Software (FOSS).
– Refresh software and hardware infrastructure.
– Develop, integrate, and test software required for system updates.
