Develop and maintain automated testing processes and frameworks for Mastercard’s software products.
Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other team members to identify and resolve software defects.
Design and execute automated test suites to validate new features and functionalities of software products.
Monitor and analyze test results to identify areas for improvement in software quality.
Utilize industry best practices and standards to ensure the highest level of quality and reliability in our software products.
Conduct performance and load testing to ensure software products can handle large volumes of transactions.
Continuously improve and optimize testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of testing objectives and results.
Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
Mentor and train junior team members on testing best practices and techniques.
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and standardization in testing practices.
Provide timely and accurate reports on testing progress and results to project stakeholders.
Work closely with development teams to identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on potential quality and performance issues.
Contribute to the overall improvement of software development processes and procedures.
