We are seeking a Senior Front-End Web Developer to join our team — someone who combines technical mastery with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement UI/UX designs from Figma to enhance user interaction.
  • Leverage component libraries and UI frameworks effectively.
  • Manage front-end hosting environments on AWS, ensuring performance and stability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and architectural improvements.

Language & Communication

  • Professional proficiency in English (both written and oral).
  • Additional languages are a plus, especially if it adds unique multilingual capabilities to the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years full-time experience or 6000+ professional work hours in front-end development.
  • Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, npm, Git.
  • Strong expertise in CSS and SASS for sophisticated designs.
  • Experience with front-end performance profiling and bundler optimization.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills — ability to generate multiple solutions and make informed design decisions.
  • Leadership experience: mentoring junior developers, leading small teams, or teaching technical courses.
  • Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and cultural fit for a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with DRY principles and composable architectures.
