💼 Role Overview

As a Senior React & Next.js Developer, you will:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
  • Implement UI/UX designs from Figma with pixel-perfect precision
  • Work with component libraries and modern UI frameworks
  • Manage front-end hosting environments on AWS
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business goals into scalable technical architecture

🌐 Language & Communication

  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English (required)
  • Additional languages are a strong plus, especially if you bring linguistic diversity to the team

✅ Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 6000+ professional work hours (~3+ years full-time equivalent) in front-end development

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, npm, and Git
  • Strong CSS and SASS expertise
  • Deep understanding of performance profiling and bundlers
  • Experience optimizing and scaling front-end applications
  • Familiarity with AWS-based hosting environments

Problem Solving & Architecture

  • Ability to generate multiple solutions for complex technical challenges
  • Strong understanding of trade-offs and long-term architectural implications

Leadership

  • Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small teams
  • Teaching, open-source contributions, or technical community involvement is highly valued
