Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex user interfaces with performance and usability in mind.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Translate product requirements and business needs into technical specifications and architectural improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Oversee front-end hosting environments and deployments to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices across the team.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience in front-end or full-stack web development.
  • Proven experience leading development projects or mentoring engineering teams.
  • Strong background in modern JavaScript ecosystems and scalable application architecture.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver production-grade applications in remote or distributed teams.
  • Professional English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript tooling.
  • Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with performance profiling, optimization techniques, and bundling tools.
  • Version control expertise using Git and modern CI/CD workflows.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and front-end hosting environments.
  • UI/UX implementation experience using design tools and component libraries.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to design scalable solutions.
  • Leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
