Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality front-end applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Leverage Figma for implementing UI/UX designs that enhance user interaction.
  • Utilize component libraries and UI frameworks effectively for robust and reusable design systems.
  • Implement and manage front-end hosting environments with AWS, ensuring performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and architectural improvements.

Requirements

Experience

  • 6000+ hours of professional front-end development experience (typically 3+ years full-time).

Technical Skills

  • React, Next.js, TypeScript, npm, Git
  • Strong expertise in CSS and SASS for sophisticated design implementations.
  • Experience with front-end performance profiling and bundler optimizations.

Problem-Solving

  • Ability to generate multiple solutions for complex problems and understand both immediate and extended implications.
  • Proven ability to make informed, strategic design choices.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Demonstrated experience in leading small teams, mentoring junior developers, or teaching technical courses.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach in a remote work environment.
