The AWS FinTech team is transforming how Amazon manages headcount at a global scale. We are building a next-generation AI-driven headcount management platform designed to simplify complex systems, eliminate manual processes, and provide a single source of truth across Amazon.

As a Senior Product Manager – Technical, you will own the complete product lifecycle — from vision and strategy to design, development, launch, and adoption. You will collaborate with Engineering, UX, Finance, HR, Recruiting, and senior Business Leaders worldwide to build and scale a world-class enterprise application.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical, strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys solving large-scale technical and business challenges.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Sr. Product Manager – Tech, you will:

• Own and articulate the product vision and long-term strategy
• Define and drive the product roadmap and feature prioritization
• Partner with engineering teams on technical architecture and decisions
• Develop working backward documents and executive narratives
• Lead end-to-end product delivery from concept to launch
• Set world-class user experience direction with UX teams
• Define launch plans, release goals, and adoption strategies
• Establish and track product metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to increase platform adoption
• Align systems to create a single, accurate source of truth for headcount data

You’ll continuously refine how organizations use the platform, optimize workflows, eliminate manual processes, and scale adoption across Amazon worldwide.

🎓 Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy
• Experience delivering end-to-end technical products
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience representing diverse stakeholders in executive-level prioritization

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or QuickSight
• Experience building and driving adoption of new enterprise tools
