Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Integration Developer with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) to support an integration project between Oracle OTL and Bullhorn.

The developer will design and implement a scheduled integration process that extracts approved calculated time data from Oracle HCM/OTL, transforms it into structured CSV files, and securely transfers the data to Bullhorn via SFTP.

This role requires strong experience with Oracle BIP reporting, advanced SQL, HRIS data integration, and secure file transfer processes. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable collaborating remotely via Zoom and assisting team members during daily interactive sessions.

Work Schedule

Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 3 Hours per Day
Timings: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
Work Mode: Remote (Zoom with screen sharing and remote control)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations between Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and Bullhorn.
• Extract approved calculated time data from Oracle HCM/OTL systems.
• Build scheduled integration workflows for automated data transfer.
• Generate and format integration data into CSV files.
• Securely transfer files to Bullhorn via SFTP integration.
• Invoke and configure Oracle BIP reports for time data extraction.
• Aggregate calculated time using fields such as:
  • Person Number
  • Assignment Number
  • Shift Date
  • Reporting Name
• Exclude bill-only elements from extracted datasets.
• Implement data validation and mapping using Oracle table structures.
• Support multiple timesheet scenarios including:
  • New entries
  • Updates
  • Modifications
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and notification mechanisms.
• Ensure accurate synchronization between Oracle OTL and Bullhorn systems.
• Guide and collaborate with team members during daily Zoom sessions.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL
• Experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) Reporting
• Experience building SFTP integrations and automated file transfers
• Knowledge of CSV data generation and transformation processes
• Experience working with HRIS integrations and enterprise data workflows

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Oracle Integration Developer or HRIS Integration Specialist
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM integrations
• Ability to build and maintain secure enterprise data integrations
• Experience working in remote development environments
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills for remote collaboration

Preferred Experience

• Experience integrating Oracle HCM with third-party systems
• Knowledge of enterprise HRIS architecture and workflows
• Experience with integration monitoring and logging frameworks
• Familiarity with data validation and transformation pipelines
