About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Integration Developer to design, implement, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud (Time & Labor module) and external HR/Recruitment platforms (e.g., Bullhorn).

You will enable seamless transfer of approved employee timesheet data from Oracle HCM to external systems, ensuring recruiters and operations teams can access critical timesheet information without logging into Oracle.

This role focuses on backend data processing, HRIS system integrations, and secure file-based automation using Oracle technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Development

  • Design and implement scheduled integrations between Oracle HCM and external systems.
  • Extract approved timesheet data from Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
  • Generate structured output files (CSV format) for external consumption.
  • Transfer files securely via SFTP.
  • Implement logging, error handling, and automated notifications.

Data Processing

  • Aggregate calculated time entries and process employee/assignment data.
  • Map timesheet records accurately to ensure data integrity.
  • Support updates and modifications for previously processed timesheets.

Data Validation & Reporting

  • Validate time records and ensure accurate synchronization between systems.
  • Leverage Oracle BIP / HCM Reporting for extracting and validating data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration or data issues.
