About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Integration Developer with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud to design and support a data integration between Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) and an external ATS/Recruitment system (Bullhorn).

The integration will automatically transfer approved employee timesheet data from Oracle HCM to the external recruitment platform. This will allow recruiters and operations teams to access timesheet information without logging into Oracle HCM.

The developer will design and maintain a scheduled integration process that extracts timesheet data, transforms it into structured files, and securely transfers the data to the external platform.

This role focuses heavily on HRIS integrations, backend data processing, and Oracle-based data extraction.

Job Responsibilities

Integration Development

  • Develop scheduled integrations between Oracle HCM and external systems
  • Extract timesheet data from Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
  • Generate structured output files in CSV format
  • Securely transfer files using SFTP
  • Implement logging, error handling, and automated notifications

Data Processing

  • Extract approved timesheet records from Oracle HCM
  • Aggregate calculated time entries
  • Process employee and assignment data
  • Map time entries and earn codes accurately

Data Validation

  • Validate timesheet data and system mappings
  • Ensure synchronization accuracy between Oracle and external systems
  • Support updates and corrections for previously processed timesheets
