Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior .NET + React Developer to lead the design and development of scalable applications. This role involves mentoring junior developers, making architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, maintainable software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex .NET applications.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers to foster technical excellence.
  • Oversee code reviews and enforce best practices in development.
  • Evaluate and adopt new .NET technologies and frameworks.
  • Provide technical guidance and architectural insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure unit, integration, and automated testing coverage.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for robust deployment workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of .NET development experience (Core, C#).
  • 1+ year of React experience for front-end integration.
  • Solid understanding of software design principles (SOLID, clean code).
  • Strong experience with code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.
  • IT infrastructure knowledge and ability to make architectural decisions.
  • Advanced level of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to scalable solutions.
