Our client, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join their dynamic, fully remote team. As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and executing engaging animated graphics, explainer videos, social media content, and broadcast elements. You will work collaboratively with creative directors, art directors, and other design professionals to translate brand messaging and client objectives into visually compelling animated experiences. Your role will involve storyboarding, character animation, 2D and 3D animation, visual effects, and typography animation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing a broad range of motion graphics work, demonstrating mastery of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other relevant industry-standard software. You should have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of design principles, timing, and composition, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment. Responsibilities include:Developing original concepts and storyboards for motion graphics projects. Designing and animating high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual effects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure creative vision is aligned with project goals. Managing project timelines and delivering final assets within deadlines. Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in motion graphics and animation. Mentoring junior designers and providing constructive feedback. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics design and animation. Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya) is highly preferred. Exceptional understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and technical skill. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote team setting. This role is based in Columbus, Ohio, US and is 100% remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.
