Our client, a vibrant and innovative creative studio in San Antonio, Texas , is seeking a highly talented Senior Motion Graphics Designer to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in conceptualizing and producing compelling visual content for a diverse range of projects, including commercials, corporate videos, explainer videos, and digital campaigns. You will be responsible for bringing stories and concepts to life through high-quality animation, visual effects, and design. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, typography, and visual storytelling. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, and Photoshop is essential. You will collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, and clients to understand project objectives and translate them into visually engaging motion graphics. Responsibilities include storyboarding, asset creation, animation, editing, and final compositing. Responsibilities: Design and create high-quality motion graphics and animations. Develop visual concepts and storyboards for various projects. Animate 2D and 3D elements, characters, and typography. Integrate graphics, text, and video footage into cohesive final products. Utilize Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant software. Collaborate with creative teams and clients to define project vision and scope. Ensure all motion graphics meet brand guidelines and project requirements. Manage project timelines and deliver assets within deadlines. Stay up-to-date with the latest motion graphics trends and technologies. Contribute to the creative brainstorming process. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in motion graphics design. Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional motion graphics and animation skills. Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is highly preferred. Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and design principles. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics.
