Our client, a dynamic creative agency specializing in multimedia content creation and brand storytelling, is seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Motion Graphics Designer for a fully remote position. This role offers an exciting opportunity to conceptualize, design, and animate compelling visual content that elevates brands and engages audiences across various platforms.

The Senior Motion Graphics Designer will be responsible for bringing creative visions to life through stunning 2D and 3D animation, visual effects, and dynamic typography. You will collaborate closely with art directors, graphic designers, and video editors to translate concepts into visually engaging motion graphics for commercials, explainer videos, social media campaigns, and internal corporate communications. A strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, and proficiency with industry-standard software are essential. This role demands exceptional creativity, technical skill, and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design original motion graphics, animations, and visual effects. Animate a wide range of assets, including logos, characters, UI elements, and data visualizations. Collaborate with creative teams to interpret project briefs and develop compelling visual narratives. Develop storyboards, style frames, and animatics to present creative concepts. Ensure all motion graphics align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Optimize motion graphics for various platforms and delivery formats. Stay current with emerging trends in motion graphics, animation, and digital design. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers. Maintain an organized asset library and project files.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work. Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong understanding of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a significant plus. Excellent knowledge of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition. Experience with character animation, rigging, and visual effects. Strong storytelling and conceptualization skills. Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.
