A prominent design and engineering firm is seeking an experienced Senior Mission-Critical Design Leader to drive the planning and execution of advanced data center projects. This leadership role focuses on delivering high-performance, resilient facility designs while ensuring seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of comprehensive project documentation for mission-critical facilities.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align project goals, schedules, and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the design lifecycle, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Oversee design quality, risk mitigation, and performance optimization for complex infrastructure projects.
• Mentor junior designers and engineers while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in mission-critical, data center, or similar high-performance facility design projects.
• Strong proficiency in REVIT, CAD, and related design tools.
• Proven leadership and project management capabilities in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
