We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team at Saransh Inc. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and a strong understanding of modern web architecture. You will be responsible for building high-performance, responsive, and secure web applications while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and handle data storage solutions effectively.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
