In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to our website. You will play a crucial role in shaping Ascension Health’s online presence and driving organizational growth. This position requires deep SEO expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for staying current with evolving digital marketing trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the organization’s website
  • Lead and manage the Google Publishing and SEO team, including goal setting, task assignment, and team support
  • Conduct regular audits and analysis of the organization’s online presence and recommend improvements
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure a cohesive digital marketing strategy
  • Monitor and track KPIs to measure success and drive data-based decisions
  • Manage and allocate budgets for digital marketing initiatives to maximize ROI
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
  • Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that may hinder SEO performance
  • Drive innovation and creativity to stay competitive in the healthcare industry
  • Lead, mentor, and support team members with growth and development opportunities
