We are seeking a Senior Manager – Business Operations to lead operational excellence across business and engineering functions. This role will support strategy execution, manage supplier relationships, and ensure seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve Amazon Leo objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ASIC Global Business Operations, including supply chain, sales orders, and inventory management.
- Build and develop a team of Business Operations Managers overseeing supply & demand planning, inventory management, material allocations, sales orders, and fulfillment.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to establish wafer and ASIC supply chain processes and define overall business structures.
- Set operational goals, drive automation and process improvements, and ensure alignment with strategic directions.
- Manage supplier and internal customer collaboration, ensuring efficient project execution and operational alignment.
- Provide leadership in project selection, scope, and performance monitoring to meet business objectives.
- Train team members on new processes and communicate organizational changes effectively.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of people management experience
- 7+ years of technical program management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in internet-related program or technical product management in software applications
- Knowledge of cloud computing services or deployment architecture
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile or other program management methodologies
- Master’s degree or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits
- Sunnyvale, CA: $223,900 – $302,900 USD annually
- Bellevue, WA: $194,700 – $263,400 USD annually
- Includes sign-on payments, RSUs, health insurance, 401(k) matching, parental leave, and other benefits.
