🔹 Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead and manage a team of infrastructure capacity planners
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing mentorship
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members

🔹 Capacity Strategy & Optimization

  • Develop and implement infrastructure capacity strategies
  • Ensure AWS has adequate compute, storage, and networking capacity
  • Monitor infrastructure utilization and optimize efficiency
  • Identify improvement opportunities across systems and processes

🔹 Data Analysis & Forecasting

  • Analyze infrastructure usage trends and demand forecasts
  • Proactively identify risks impacting capacity planning
  • Drive data-driven decision-making and reporting

  • Partner with engineering, finance, operations, and business teams
  • Translate business growth requirements into infrastructure plans
