Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Java Web Developer to collaborate with a team of application specialists in supporting and enhancing enterprise applications. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining both backend and frontend components of web-based applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and development standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and unit test REST web services and HTTPS-based web applications.
  • Translate business requirements into high-quality code following established standards.
  • Write both backend and frontend code for enterprise web applications.
  • Resolve defects efficiently in line with SLAs.
  • Participate in cross-training and knowledge sharing of development best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in software development, programming, or IT consulting roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Java (core and enterprise development)
    • AngularJS
    • Spring Framework & Spring Security
    • Hibernate
    • Maven
    • Bootstrap
    • Oracle databases
    • JBoss application server
    • GitLab, SQL Developer/Toad, JIRA, JBoss Cruise Control, Eclipse IDE
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent highly preferred.
