Pay: $56.50 – $63/hour (based on experience)

Role Overview

The Senior Health Virtual Services (SHVS) NP/PA will:

• Provide direct patient care via telehealth, phone triage, and asynchronous messaging.
• Support primary care providers by managing high-impact clinical tasks: medication refills, lab result interpretation, consult note reviews.
• Collaborate with PCPs, virtual RNs, and office teams for care coordination.
• Participate in weekly clinical rounds and ongoing learning opportunities.
• Deliver evidence-based care for senior populations, while supporting a dynamic virtual care team.

Required Qualifications

• Active state license (GA required; additional licenses in AZ, CO, NC, MA, TX, WA preferred)
• 2+ years of experience as a PA or FNP in outpatient primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine
• Experience working with senior patients preferred
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (alternating weekends required)
• Strong clinical, communication, and technology skills

Preferred:

• Spanish speaking
• Multiple state licenses
