Our client, a vibrant creative agency, is seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead branding and digital design projects. This fully remote position is perfect for a creative visionary who thrives on conceptualizing and executing compelling visual solutions for a diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for translating client briefs into outstanding design work, from logo development and brand identity systems to digital marketing collateral and web assets. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both print and digital design, exceptional typography skills, and a deep understanding of current design trends and software.

Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design innovative brand identities, logos, and style guides. Create engaging visual assets for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. Develop marketing and promotional materials, both digital and print. Collaborate closely with clients, account managers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Present design concepts and rationale effectively to clients and internal teams. Ensure all designs meet brand standards and strategic goals. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints. Stay current with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies. Provide art direction and feedback to junior designers and external collaborators. Maintain organized digital asset management and file structures. Contribute creative ideas to brainstorm sessions and new business pitches. Optimize designs for various platforms and screen sizes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding and digital design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD). Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Experience designing for web, mobile, and social media platforms. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual communications. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Familiarity with UI/UX principles is a plus. Experience with motion graphics or video editing is an advantage.
