Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React on the front end, ASP.NET with C# on the backend, and SQL Server for data management. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration across product and design teams.

The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, scalable systems, and delivering high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks, ASP.NET (C#), and SQL Server.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces and ensure seamless integration with backend services.
  • Lead technical initiatives by contributing to architecture decisions and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software development.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and enforcing coding standards.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
  • Implement testing, debugging, and troubleshooting processes to ensure application reliability.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute ideas to continuously improve the development process and technical stack.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
  • Strong expertise in React, including component architecture and state management.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with ASP.NET and C#.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, including database design and performance optimization.
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency with Git, including branching and version control best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
