🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications. This role requires strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, with a focus on React.js for the client-side and Node.js for server-side development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences for clients, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and performant solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using React.js and Node.js.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to implement high-quality features.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and backend systems.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries and state management tools (Redux, Context API).
  • Solid understanding of backend frameworks, server-side logic, and database integration.
  • Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with Git/version control and collaborative development workflows.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, web sockets, and real-time data handling.
  • Knowledge of modern build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
