Role Overview

Hays is seeking a Senior Full Stack / Java Developer to work on enterprise-grade applications remotely. The role requires strong development skills and experience in backend services as well as system observability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java applications with a focus on Spring Boot.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs to integrate services and modules.
  • Implement JPA/Hibernate for ORM and database interactions.
  • Ensure observability and monitoring for production systems.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Spring Boot framework.
  • Expertise in JPA/Hibernate for database operations.
  • Hands-on experience building and integrating REST APIs.
  • Understanding of observability practices, logging, and system monitoring.
