We are expanding our global engineering team to support US clients and are seeking experienced full-stack engineers who can thrive in distributed teams and deliver high-performance enterprise systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade applications. You’ll work across frontend, backend, and database layers, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance systems.

This is a hands-on remote role during US EST hours, ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex product challenges, optimizing systems, and mentoring peers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js (preferred) or Angular.
  • Architect and implement backend services using Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js.
  • Build and integrate secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Optimize frontend performance and ensure seamless backend integration.
  • Design efficient database schemas for MongoDB or relational databases.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, AI, and Product teams across time zones.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues across UI and service layers.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to sprint planning and architecture discussions.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies aligned to US hours.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years in full-stack development within SaaS or enterprise systems.
  • Strong expertise in React.js (or Angular) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Solid backend experience in Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js.
  • Experience with API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and web security best practices.
  • Proficiency in MongoDB or relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger.
  • Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and system design skills.
  • Strong communication skills for remote collaboration with US stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in FinTech, Payments, ERP integrations, or Banking systems.
  • Exposure to asynchronous programming or event-driven architectures.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience building data-heavy dashboards or financial analytics interfaces.
