About the Role
Element, a full-service integrated marketing agency in De Pere, WI, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and deploy high-performance web and mobile applications. You will tackle complex technical challenges, lead projects, and collaborate with creatives and account teams to deliver seamless, user-friendly solutions across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web and mobile applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Lead project scoping, technical solutions, and development efforts from start to finish.
  • Apply MVC/MVVM design patterns, RESTful APIs, and object-oriented PHP programming.
  • Build, deploy, debug, and improve iOS and Android mobile applications.
  • Ensure high-quality code, solving complex problems and debugging other developers’ work.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated on web and mobile development trends to implement innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of programming experience, including 4+ years in web and mobile development.
  • Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong experience with mobile app development and debugging.
  • Knowledge of MVC/MVVM, RESTful APIs, and object-oriented PHP.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong design fundamentals (typography, layout, color).
