Role Overview

You’ll design and scale enterprise-grade healthcare analytics and reimbursement platforms, building secure, HIPAA-compliant applications for post-acute care. The role emphasizes both frontend and backend development using Angular and .NET Core.

Technical Stack

  • Frontend: Angular (v19+ preferred), TypeScript, component architecture
  • Backend: .NET Core, RESTful APIs, microservices
  • Database: PostgreSQL (primary), MS SQL Server, schema design & optimization
  • Optional / Preferred: AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD pipelines

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop scalable features for healthcare analytics and reimbursement systems
  2. Ensure HIPAA compliance and application security
  3. Collaborate with BAs, designers, and SMEs in Agile teams
  4. Maintain high code quality through reviews and design discussions

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development
  • Proficiency in Angular (TypeScript) and .NET Core
  • Strong relational database experience (PostgreSQL preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving, remote-work discipline, and communication skills
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare domain experience (EHR/EMR, claims processing, HIPAA apps)
  • Cloud/DevOps experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Immediate contribution to high-growth product teams
