Role Overview

The Senior Full Stack Developer will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI services for government programs, working at the intersection of full-stack development, AI/ML integration, and secure cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop backend services and APIs (Python, FastAPI, Node.js/Express)
  • Build responsive front-end interfaces (React)
  • Design and optimize data pipelines with Airflow and PostgreSQL
  • Architect, containerize, and deploy applications on Kubernetes (Helm charts)
  • Implement automation/configuration management with Ansible
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, including automated integration testing
  • Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate AI/ML models into production
  • Ensure systems meet government security and compliance standards
  • Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and tune performance
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning

Required Skills

Software Development:

  • Strong Python proficiency
  • Front-end development using React
  • Backend development with Node.js/Express and FastAPI
  • Relational databases, primarily PostgreSQL
  • Data workflow orchestration with Airflow

Infrastructure / DevOps:

  • Kubernetes deployment and Helm chart development
  • Infrastructure automation with Ansible
