Role Overview
The Senior Full Stack Developer will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI services for government programs, working at the intersection of full-stack development, AI/ML integration, and secure cloud-native architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop backend services and APIs (Python, FastAPI, Node.js/Express)
- Build responsive front-end interfaces (React)
- Design and optimize data pipelines with Airflow and PostgreSQL
- Architect, containerize, and deploy applications on Kubernetes (Helm charts)
- Implement automation/configuration management with Ansible
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, including automated integration testing
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate AI/ML models into production
- Ensure systems meet government security and compliance standards
- Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and tune performance
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
Required Skills
Software Development:
- Strong Python proficiency
- Front-end development using React
- Backend development with Node.js/Express and FastAPI
- Relational databases, primarily PostgreSQL
- Data workflow orchestration with Airflow
Infrastructure / DevOps:
- Kubernetes deployment and Helm chart development
- Infrastructure automation with Ansible
- CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and containerized deployments
