🚀 Key Responsibilities

💻 Front-End Architecture & Development

  • Lead the development of scalable front-end architecture using:
    • HTML5
    • CSS3
    • Bootstrap
  • Establish and enforce front-end best practices
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure maintainability and performance
  • Build reusable, modular UI components

🎨 UI/UX Implementation

  • Translate high-fidelity UI/UX designs into functional, mobile-first components
  • Ensure pixel-perfect implementation aligned with design systems
  • Optimize layouts for responsiveness across devices and browsers
  • Maintain WCAG accessibility compliance standards

👥 Leadership & Mentorship

  • Guide and mentor junior developers
  • Provide technical direction and feedback
  • Promote clean coding standards and documentation practices
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders

⚡ Performance & Quality

  • Ensure optimal page performance and load speed
  • Troubleshoot layout and rendering issues
