We’re looking for a seasoned veteran well-versed in best-in-class technology solutions who can architect, refine, and lay the foundation for the next generation of our tech stack. In this role, you will be critical in helping us advance our mission and cause.

Role Responsibilities
• Be a primary contributor to advising on the design and vision of our core UI/UX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible experience for our users.
• Implement and optimize new frontend functionality with a focus on design fidelity and user engagement.
• Write and review high-quality code in Ruby, HTML, CSS, and possibly other languages.
• Ensure the consistent application of design standards across the platform, with a commitment to pixel-perfect implementation.
• Enhance the performance and scalability of our frontend components.
Who We Need
• Proven expertise in developing and refining sophisticated UI/UX, demonstrating a deep skill set in both design and user experience principles.
• A proven track record of rapidly learning new languages and technologies to get the job done, showcasing your adaptability.
• An ability to thrive in ambiguity, viewing a lack of explicit direction as an opportunity for empowerment and freedom to shape solutions.
• A collaborative spirit, eager to work with your peers in a small engineering team that prioritizes results over process.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented problem-solver eager to grow as an engineer while helping others grow around them.
• Ability to work within the US Eastern Time Zone.
Nice to Haves
• Strong understanding of TailwindCSS and Stimulus JS.
• Experience with building B2C platforms.
• Design background.
• No stranger to fast-paced, impact-driven work.
