🛠 Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Developer with strong expertise in Vue.js to help design, implement, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. This role requires close collaboration with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver seamless, accessible, and responsive applications.

The candidate will also mentor junior developers and drive front-end architectural decisions. A coding assessment is part of the interview process.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, responsive, and performant applications using Vue.js (or other front-end frameworks).
  • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, functional code.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
  • Ensure technical feasibility of UI designs and recommend adjustments.
  • Implement and maintain front-end test coverage; review code for quality and efficiency.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure smooth integration of APIs and services.
  • Enforce accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
  • Lead front-end projects, including task prioritization, delegation, and tracking.
  • Identify performance issues, bugs, and inefficiencies; introduce innovative solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, coding standards, and development guidelines.
  • Oversee front-end build processes and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align goals, timelines, and deliverables.

✅ Required Qualifications

  • Must reside in US and commute to Arlington, VA office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with Vue, React, or Angular.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Vuex or Pinia.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build tools: Webpack, Vite, etc.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain government clearance (U.S. citizens only).
