About the Role

Join LCS as a Senior Front-End Developer on the CCS100 Fusion Team, helping build scalable, cloud-based tools that optimize investment and operational decisions in carbon capture systems. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Modeling teams to deliver user interfaces that provide actionable insights from CCS100 model results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build user interfaces for modern web applications in collaboration with UI/UX designers and product managers
  • Integrate APIs, create tests, and optimize application performance
  • Implement efficient data handling between modeling and data layers using caching, lazy loading, or similar techniques
  • Write scalable, modular, reusable code adhering to coding and architectural best practices
  • Contribute to a product that meets the evolving needs of the CCS organization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quantitative Sciences, or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of software development experience focused on front-end development
  • Deep knowledge of Angular and TypeScript (3+ years each)
  • Experience with reactive programming (RxJS, Angular Signals, or equivalent)
  • Skilled in developing complex, interactive user interfaces and data visualizations
  • Adaptable to changing priorities with strong time management skills
  • Experience in cloud-based application development and modern tech stacks
  • Excellent technical communication and collaboration skills in Agile teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building scientific or engineering user interfaces
  • Background in analytics platforms with heavy data visualization
  • Full stack development experience, including back-end integration
  • Familiarity with Python or Palantir Ontology SDK
