Senior Flutter Developer for AI-Powered Real Estate Mobile App (iOS & Android)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to build a modern AI-enabled Real Estate mobile application for iOS and Android. This app will allow users to browse and search property listings, apply advanced filters (location, budget, property type), view detailed property pages with images and maps, save favourites, and directly contact agents or property owners.

AI will play a key role by powering smart property recommendations, an AI chatbot to answer user queries, assist with property discovery and site visit scheduling, and automated lead qualification to help agents prioritize serious buyers. This is a new app development project where designs will be provided, and the developer will be responsible for end-to-end Flutter development, API integrations, AI feature implementation, authentication, performance optimization, and ensuring a stable, scalable app across both iOS and Android platforms.
