Senior Field Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Field Representative to lead on-site activities, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between headquarters and field teams, overseeing the execution of service delivery or project implementation.

This is a leadership position ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, technical proficiency in their industry, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary on-site liaison between the company and clients, contractors, or partners
• Supervise and coordinate field teams to ensure timely and quality execution of projects or services
• Perform inspections, audits, and field reporting to ensure compliance with standards, contracts, and safety protocols
• Document field activities, maintain project logs, and deliver regular updates to headquarters
• Assist with training and mentoring junior field staff, and lead problem-solving during escalations
• Coordinate logistics for tools, personnel, and materials for field assignments
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through professional communication and accountability
• Support business development through site intelligence, customer feedback, and opportunity spotting

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or relevant field
• 5–10+ years of field experience in industries such as construction, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing, agriculture, or logistics
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in dynamic, remote, or challenging environments
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, work orders, or specifications
• Familiarity with safety, compliance, and quality assurance standards applicable to your sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively as per job requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital field reporting tools, CRM systems, or mobile workforce management software
• Certification in OSHA, PMP, Six Sigma, or relevant field training
• Multilingual skills depending on region (e.g., English & Hindi for India, English & Spanish for the US)
• Experience liaising with regulatory bodies or government agencies
