Key Responsibilities

🚀 Team Leadership & Strategy

• Build, lead, and grow a world-class Generative AI Center of Excellence aligned with company OKRs
• Mentor and coach data scientists and AI engineers across multiple skill levels
• Partner with global Data Science and Machine Learning teams to define roadmap and innovation strategy

🤖 AI & Machine Learning Innovation

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models and Generative AI solutions
• Create scalable API endpoints and deploy solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS
• Apply predictive modeling and advanced analytics to drive business insights and product innovation

📊 Data & Analytics Execution

• Analyze large-scale HCM datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and insights
• Develop visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations

🤝 Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, UX designers, and executives
• Present technical insights and business value to senior leadership
• Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions across the organization

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative field (Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline)
• 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI
• 4+ years of leadership or team management experience
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and distributed computing platforms
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Databricks, or similar
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or related tools

Preferred Skills

• Experience building Generative AI or LLM-based products
• Knowledge of large-scale data engineering and MLOps pipelines
• Strong understanding of design patterns, algorithms, and data structures
• Experience working with enterprise-scale datasets and AI-driven product development
