Oversee accounting governance, internal controls, and risk management practices across ESG functions.

Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance in financial and ESG reporting.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with sustainability, legal, and finance teams.

Develop strategies to integrate ESG metrics into corporate accounting frameworks.

Guide audits, disclosures, and compliance with international standards (GAAP, IFRS, GRI, SASB).

Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, ESG frameworks, and reporting standards.

Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive change.
