Who We’re Looking For

This is not your standard senior design role. We’re not here for template thinkers or safe players. We’re looking for a visual disruptor, a systems thinker, a storyteller — someone who’s fluent in branding and web, and has a distinct point of view.

You’ve worked at high-calibre studios. You’ve built brands that live in people’s heads. You know how to lead, explore, present, and provoke — all while keeping the work sharp and the process grounded.

You Might Be Our Alter Ego If…
• You think brand identities should speak — not just look nice.
• Your work has soul, structure, and surprise.
• You’ve led full-scale branding and web design projects — not just contributed to them.
• You’ve worked with top-tier studios or standout brands, and it shows.
• You’re hungry for purpose, but not allergic to commerce.
• You know how to push the boundaries while still respecting the brand.
• You can articulate why things work (or don’t) — to teammates and clients alike.

💭 Why This Role Exists

We’ve worked with some incredibly kind, diligent designers in the past. But we’ve also hit creative walls — and we’re done pretending that’s fine.

Here’s what hasn’t worked for us:
• Designers boxed in by safe, corporate formats, unable to break visual tropes.
• A lack of innovation and taste — relying on templates, not instinct.
• Weak attention to detail — visual systems that fall apart beyond the first slide.
• Limited technical proficiency — not knowing how to properly use Figma, Photoshop, or even basic file prep.
• A mindset shaped by low-risk brands, where creativity was neither required nor rewarded.

We respect that journey — but at Olter, we’re building something different.

We need someone who’s ready to break that loop — to lead with creative intelligence, experiment with edge, and craft work that moves beyond trend and into identity.

What You Bring
• 5–8 years of solid experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio in branding and web.
• Past work with reputable studios, agencies, or standout in-house teams.
• Mastery of Adobe CC, Figma, and all the usual suspects — but your real tool is your thinking.
• A visual language that feels uniquely yours — not copy-paste clean.
• An interest in shaping culture through design — even in the commercial space.
