Senior Data Scientist – GenAI

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Generative AI and NLP to design and deploy cutting-edge LLM solutions that drive real business impact.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs across diverse use cases
• Collect, clean, and preprocess large-scale textual and structured datasets
• Optimize prompts and models for performance, accuracy, and relevance
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production
• Communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Stay current with advancements in GenAI and NLP
• Mentor junior data scientists and support team growth

🔹 Qualifications
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or related field (preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in data science with strong NLP/deep learning focus
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM-based solutions in production environments
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ML/NLP frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks)
• Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
