Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support business objectives and drive growth for The Coca-Cola Company.
Lead and manage a team of data scientists and analysts to identify key insights and opportunities for the company.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
Utilize advanced analytics techniques and tools to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and visualizations to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Train and mentor team members on data analytics techniques and tools, and promote a data-driven culture within the organization.
Collaborate with external partners to leverage data and insights for joint business initiatives.
Present data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and support decision-making processes.
Manage projects and timelines effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality data analysis and reporting.
Act as a subject matter expert on data analytics and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of data-driven initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards for data usage and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Represent The Coca-Cola Company at industry events and conferences to share expertise and network with other data professionals.
