🔧 Key Responsibilities
This is a senior-level hands-on technician + technical lead role.
You would:
Infrastructure & Hardware
- Rack, cable, configure, and maintain servers, storage, and network gear
- Monitor hardware health proactively
- Troubleshoot compute/network issues
- Support hardware lifecycle (install → diagnostics → replace → decommission)
Leadership
- Guide junior technicians
- Lead projects and deployments
- Create standards for installation and labeling
- Act as escalation point
Operations
- Work with:
- Network engineers
- SRE teams
- Remote hands teams
- RMA / logistics teams
🧠 Technical Skills Required
Strong emphasis on:
- Data center infrastructure knowledge:
