Job Description

About the Role:
We’re looking for a results-oriented and technically skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, improve decision-making, and drive strategic initiatives using data. You’ll play a critical role in transforming raw data into meaningful business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end analytics projects from problem definition through solution delivery
  • Perform deep-dive analyses and deliver insights to support product, marketing, operations, and leadership teams
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
  • Develop data models, design KPIs, and monitor business performance trends
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure clean, reliable, and accessible data pipelines
  • Present findings clearly to stakeholders and contribute to data-driven strategy development
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices across the analytics function

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role
  • Expert in SQL and strong proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Python or R is a plus
  • Experience with at least one major BI platform (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Experience in industries such as e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or consumer tech
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, forecasting models, or predictive analytics
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
